We are not able to cancel or amend orders once placed, including making changes to delivery address details, so please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.
Floats will be securely packaged; wrapped in bubble wrap and laid in a sturdy cardboard box. Purchases of under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class large letter post.
Purchases of over £50 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.
In most cases the chosen colour tips will be added, they will be safely packaged and dispatched as soon as possible.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch date and tracking number if applicable.
