How do I cancel or amend my order?

We are not able to cancel or amend orders once placed, including making changes to delivery address details, so please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.

How are my floats dispatched?

Floats will be securely packaged; wrapped in bubble wrap and laid in a sturdy cardboard box. They will be dispatched using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

What happens after I place my order?

In most cases the chosen colour tips will be added, they will be safely packaged and dispatched as soon as possible.

Mick personally handcrafts all the floats in his range to ensure his high standards are met every time. He favours quality over quantity. Patterns will be released according to season.
